If you're 65 or older and have a Medicare plan that includes Silver Sneakers, you're eligible to work out for free at our Brady, Conley, and Wyatt Centers. Simply scan your Silver Sneakers membership card upon arrival.

Conley & Wyatt Weight Room Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Brady Center — Pickleball Hours: (Please note these hours will vary during youth basketball season and summer camp)

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Conley Center — You can also join our Senior Line Dance Soul Strutters class held every Tuesday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you there!

Wyatt Center — Senior Line Dance classes are held every Monday and Thursday. Beginners meet from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM, and intermediate dancers from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. We look forward to seeing you there!
